Monday Post

I have been missing in action from here and I'm not really sure why.. I think I just needed to step back and look around.. And I did and well I'm still feeling blah.. The last two weeks have been emotional to say the least.  Between the kids school, husband, family and well not seeing the numbers on the scale I just get feeling like I'm doing something wrong.  I have all the motivation and support from an amazing friend and my mamavation support system, but why can't I just reach those goals that I set for myself.

I'm doing the 2 week challenge and loving it still.  I hope to at least see 1 inch removed.  It feels great doing it and I look forward to it.. I'm starting back to working out at the gym this week.  At least twice a wee and a little at home on the WII.. Also joined the Brita challenge.  Cause we all know that we need more water in our daily lives.. Did you join?

So here is to a good week.  I just want to get healthy I don't need to be a size 6 but it would be nice!

Have a great week everyone !:)

This post is sponsored by Brita and I took the Brita Challenge http://bit.ly/oRnbqd to be entered into a giveaway hosted by Mamavation – a community dedicated to obesity prevention & weight loss for women .

  1. My friend. I am sorry that you are in a funk too. It's no fun and I know how hard you are working. I wish there was a magic number but working out hard, eating right and drinking your water IS going to get you to your goal.

    We're in this together, 100%!!!

  2. Glad to see you back... now banish the funk. Change things up, shake it, bake it or get silly. Funks come from pressure we place on ourselves, frustration or boredom. What do you like to do? Or what is something you want to try?

Have a great week. Take each day one at a time and reach out for support this week if you need it. :)

  4. you can do it, we all have life to get in the way of our goals and dreams. All we can do is put one foot in front of the other. Don't kick yourself for what you didn't get done. tomorrow is a new day! Just start small and work your way from there. babysteps! you can do this! :-)

  5. You may not see a whole lot of change this week or last, but the journey to getting healthy is a marathon and not a sprint. As long as you are putting one foot in front of the other you're gonna make. I have confidence in you! :)
